Tomaro's C.H.A.N.G.E. teams up with ICreate to bring you & your family a fun filled afternoon of art & creative fun! The Art + People = Love Festival 2019 is a unique combination of art (the display & education of artists from DE & other nearby areas) + people (pillars in the community, business owners, & residents) = love (integration of the two will produce happiness, understanding, & love).
While having a ton of fun, our goal is to bring awareness to the behavioral and mental health needs of youth in the Claymont, DE community.
In support of our recently added YES Program, funds from this amazing event will be used to provide low cost or free services to eligible youth up to age 23 who have no insurance or insurance with copays. Our program is designed to provide youth, regardless of finances, the care they need which will in turn give them an opportunity for positive psychological, emotional, & social growth.
With your help, while other programs may say no, Tomaro's C.H.A.N.G.E. will always say YES!
